These figures describe the practice itself, and every one of them can be checked against the rest of this site. ORN 28417 is the office registration number under which the brokerage trades; each broker carries an individual BRN, shown beside their name. Both can be looked up through the Dubai Land Department before you instruct anyone.
A short list drawn from the properties we are currently instructed on, across the communities our brokers cover personally.

Most of our buyers see a Dubai home for the first time from another time zone. Our guided walkthroughs are photographic, not a rendered simulation — you are looking at the rooms as they stand, in the order you would walk them.
Wide-format photography of each principal room, scrolled through in order rather than skipped past in a carousel.
Floor level, aspect and what the window really looks onto — the details a brochure photograph tends to leave out.
A broker walks the property on a video call, by appointment, and answers as they go. Booked over WhatsApp.
Bands for the segments we transact in, in UAE Dirhams. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a quotation — the price of a specific home depends on the tower, the floor, the aspect and what the seller will actually accept on the day.
On a straightforward ready purchase, transaction costs commonly land in the region of six to seven percent of the price once the DLD transfer fee, agency commission, trustee and administrative fees are added together — more where a mortgage brings registration, arrangement and valuation charges with it. Model it as cash you must have on the day, because the transfer fee in particular cannot usually be financed.
Bands are indicative and move with the market. Fee levels set by regulation are revised from time to time — confirm the current schedule with the Dubai Land Department, and have your lender quote its own charges in writing, before you rely on any figure here.

Dubai addresses, held to a higher standard. Tell us the budget, the community and the timeline, and the broker who actually covers that part of the city will call you back.
No obligation, and no viewing booked until you have seen what a purchase or a tenancy will really cost, transfer fee and commission included.
